I asked for help but no one came. There is no way to use the OSD to adjust brightness, sound, etc. "Manual" is useless. I think there's a "secret" to how the menu works, but it's not obvious. It's not in the "User Manual" either. I even contacted the seller who sent me gibberish rather than a basic OSD procedure and procedure. If you never want to change your monitor settings, this product is perfect for you. However, if you find yourself wanting to change settings like volume, contrast, or brightness, I recommend trying a different product.
