good. After all, salt is chemically the same whether it comes from a store or an expensive spa. The flavors separate them from the soak. The pain relief claim is completely false. It's salt for pancakes. There's nothing pain relieving about it. My beef is the package. The plastic seal is terrible and barely works. Much worse than typical zippers. Salt spilled because I thought it was closed when it wasn't. Not worth a little less cost compared to other brands.
