This is the third 70mai product I have bought and I have just taken it for a test ride and really enjoyed every minute of riding it1. The dash cam is well designed with a sleek, modern body with a low profile so it sits perfectly in my car without being distracting, like a work of art2. The Sony IMX307 picture is a big plus in this price range as it delivers much sharper and clearer 1080p pictures/videos backed by Sony's setup standards. The integrated Sony STARVIS night vision technology ensures that you can record the best details and reproduce them in the best quality when driving at night. Number plates and street signs are as legible as what you see during the day3. Mobile app support is another plus point compared to other dash cams in this price range. Just connect via Wi-Fi and you can watch live broadcasts or recorded footage right on your phone's big screen. From there you can save the images/videos to your phone or directly post them to share with your friends on social networks4. It easily supports a 128GB micro SD card and works well enough for me in the Los Angeles area where car temps easily top 105 degrees in direct sunlight5. Apart from the features mentioned above, it has all other dash cam features like loop recording, parking monitor mode, device playback, motion detection, emergency lock and more as advertised. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.
