Hands down the best new kitchen appliance I've ever had. They are absolutely the most perfect culinary accessory. to a certain extent, they also help with cleaning. Take macaroni and cheese, for example. Thanks to the scraper, you can get everything out of the pot or pan. it practically does the first cleaning step for you. From a culinary point of view, it's great that nothing you cook will stick to the bottom. If you make granola, get this! I suppose the same would apply to any type of grain. if it can stick - you want it. And when you're done, if you need to drain your food, there's a colander just above it. multipurpose use! I love this addition to my kitchen.
