Stool metal mount had a manufacturer defect
I received the stools this week and was very excited to put them together. However as i got further i noticed the manufacturer glued the metal plate that connects the stool seat to the legs incorrectly, so i am unable to put the stool together. I’ve tried reaching out to the company, but number is a. China number and they have no idea what I’m trying explain to them. It’s such a headache to try to send them back. Hopefully they can just send the correct pieces.
