New laptops were recently handed out at work. Our new ones are HP 440 G7. As expected, forces are being redirected to equip our new laptops with SSDs and dual-channel RAM. I swapped out the factory 500GB hard drive for a 500GB NVMe SSD and added a second RAM stick so the integrated GPU was all it could be with weak sauce. Being an OEM system you don't have much freedom in the BIOS/UEFI so I needed RAM that works with the default settings and this SODIMM from TeamGroup does exactly that. Same speed and timings as stock RAM. I installed the RAM and it was recognized immediately. No problem.
