Excellent customer service, professional staff

I like that my account manager and the team are always open to feedback and suggestions. It's easy for users to navigate through the system as well. It is very user friendly and simple to use. There is nothing that I dislike about this program. It has been a great experience so far. My only suggestion would be to have more ways to keep in contact with their Customer Care. They should have a way to communicate directly with them via email or phone call. We are solving the problems of our consumers in regards to having an easier way to pay their bills online. The team at Bat is extremely helpful and willing to assist us in any way possible.

  • Easy navigation within platform (mobile app, etc.)
  • Fast data transfer between platforms mobile devices & website.
  • Many features already built into backend but can do additional custom development if needed when building new apps / programs!
