My toilet is clogged. Have tried my 6 foot auger many times. I tried it with a regular rubber plunger and the rubber snapped and I had to throw it away. I thought this plunger was cheap so I'll give it a try before I have to call a plumber. I tried a few times to no avail, but I remembered that there should be enough water in the bowl. Even though my toilet was clogged, it emptied the bowl but not properly. I held the lever down while rinsing it to get at least half a cup of water, then tried to lower it back down. Well it worked like a charm and washed out back to normal. Top 8 dollars well spent!
