Good gamepad IF your games don't require joystick precision

Good: * Connected to a Windows 10 computer via a mini USB connector (not micro USB) to a standard USB connector, seems to have found the drivers I already have for my Sony Dual Had Shock 3 controller (driver SCP) and is recognized by non-Steam and Steam games * Playstation face button display helps those unfamiliar with the controller * Cost is relatively much cheaper than I thought it would be a replacement Dual Shock 3 controller would be * Grip shape is almost identical to the Sony brand, although slightly heavier * If your game doesn't require precision from the left or right stick, then this is a great addition. Not good / Reason for 2 stars* Joystick weight too heavy / Tension too tight / Dramatically lacking in precision / Deadzone quite wide can help in some single player games. As for the left stick, no adjustment I tried with steam calibration, the driver settings available to me, or hitting the stick to the breaking point would give me the accuracy I had. Looking for. For reference, these are standard Sony gamepads only. Now I'm scared when I have to walk the narrow paths. Or when I need to use a bow on a moving target. And I gave up sneaking and stealth finishers because that tension on the left stick tells you that you're going to run, not walk. neutralize or try to change direction so you can get into a run. It's enough to run to the enemy to say, "HEY! I SEE YOU". When I try to look at him to apologize, I stare at him too hard unless I remember desensitizing my gaze. This gamepad has my tightrope walker, archer, and ninja days indeed paused. And I miss being a ninja. I'm not giving it back as about 1/3 of what I play just uses sticks to navigate menus and walking everywhere is fine, but I'm shopping right now different gamepad. Edit: I came back to this controller after trying three other gamepads as its durability was generally good. After about a month of additional use, the confirmation button (bottom button) stopped jumping when pressed. And then the left joystick went up regularly, this caused me to finish the game without stealth, without aiming, but unfortunately between drifting up when I make an important irreversible decision e, and the chance that the bottom button remains pressed in the middle of the action was enough to remove this controller .
