I am able to manage incoming materials, processes are well documented which makes it easy for new employees on-boarded. The reporting system is good with clear view of status of each material movement. Well structured job aids were not available at my organization; however they should be made readily accessible otherwise it would create confusion among staffs. It was very difficult for us when we had some issues regarding stock movements. We used warehouse management software for our inventory management in order to track all aspects from receiving to shipping as per customer requirements. This helped me avoid mistakes since I have access to real time data about what's going on right now. Our customers can easily manage their orders through this platform without any difficulty or issues. With warehouse 1 you will get everything related to your stock including location information so that there wont' be any need to manually update them on paper sheets.
