Review on Ideal Pet Products Original Plastic by Katrina Harrison

I live in an RV and this is the second Ideal Pet Products pet door I have installed. The first is in the back door of my 27ft trailer. I have lived in it for 6 years and there have been no problems with the door. I recently gave up a 40ft trailer and after 5 months my pug was mad at me for not being able to go outside when he wanted to (he figured it would be ok to put his leg over my slippers to to show me disapproval). I decided to add a pet door to the back door of this RV. Seals the door from the outside without additional sealant. The only thing I do in the winter is turn the infrared heater on low about 2 feet from the door in case there's a strong wind coming through the door. I don't really feel the air flowing through the damper due to its thickness, but if it were to flow around the edges of the damper it would get into the warm air from the heater. Overall I think the Ideal Pet Products pet door is a very good product at a very reasonable price. Just take your time marking and cutting the hole and that should work great for you.
