Review on 4moms MamaRoo 4.0 chaise lounge chair, multi-plush by Aneta Ambroziak ᠌

A little disappointed, a bad purchase.

We didn't use it much, but that's because our kid didn't like it and rarely sat still for more than ten minutes at a time. It shouldn't take more than a couple of days to complete the annual procedure if we do the math. As a result, I would not suggest purchasing such items, especially considering the undeveloped and, from what I can see, inadequate service. I emailed Hong Kong's customer support, but they wouldn't even respond until I sent a warranty card—something I consider obsolete and therefore promptly discarded. It was decided against sending the product's serial number (Dyson, as an example, can get all the information it needs from the serial number and doesn't need any assurances). This rubbish has been deposited in the nearest corner and will eventually end up at a dump.

Pros
  • Not a bad rocker, cleanly designed with multiple rocking settings and adequate ambience.
Cons
  • Frequently, only seconds after takeoff, the system would cut off by itself for no apparent reason. Launching the swing via a mobile application was the only viable solution to the problem. When the baby's weight dropped below 10 kg, at around 11 months, the swing would occasionally crunch violently. We stopped utilizing it since we didn't want to take any chances. The closest (and perhaps only) one is in Hong Kong, making it impossible to eradicate the source of hrksta.
