Review on Brydge 9.7 Wireless Keyboard: Perfectly Compatible with iPad 6th Gen, iPad Pro, and iPad Air (Silver) by Curtis Castillo

I really like this keyboard when it works as advertised. However, the company's warranty practice is shameful. It looks like there is a fault in the charging circuit. When I tried to charge it, the keyboard completely stopped working. No light, no reaction. Before connecting to the charger, everything worked without problems. After that he did nothing. I later found that plugging in another USB charger reactivated the keyboard and it became fully functional again. I repeated this behavior with a newly purchased keyboard. Before realizing what the problem was, I requested that the keyboard be sent in for warranty service. I sent it back and got a response that the keyboard was dirty and damaged by liquid. The only assessment they made was to photograph the dust on the keyboard, which is said to be liquid damage (attached). They informed me that the warranty was void due to alleged liquid damage and offered to sell me another one for a 15% discount. I asked them to return the keyboard. I am currently using this full featured keyboard with my iPad. I still like the keyboard but now it's pretty clear to me that they don't live up to the warranty they advertised.
