So far none of the flavors I've bought (and I've bought more than a few) have been refused! I use this to make sure 2 of my cats get their meds (blood pressure and asthma) as I don't want to waste the meds they need on a daily basis, I have to use whatever they are going to eat and this and that and other . I usually use 1 packet for 2 days, put the remaining broth in a plastic ziplock and keep in the fridge. I use a spoon to scoop everything out of the bag, it's pretty easy so no complaints about the packaging. Definitely worth making sure my furry little ones get their meds.
