THE BEST LIP BALM *undeniably*
The HIGH QUALITY of this lip balm far outweighs any minor niggles. The downsides are its small size and my issue with the retractable handle on the bottom to pull out the lip balm. I used a ridiculous amount of lip balms because I had rough, dry cuts on both sides of my lips and patches of dryness and couldn't find anything that worked for me. I dared and am very glad I did! In one day, my lips were smoother with no dry patches or cuts (which hurt so much!)
