Not sure if it's real

I've bought this many times in stores and I've always liked it, but this one from Revain was different. It dried my hair, burned my scalp and made the formula much thicker. I looked at the back of the bottle and the badge on the top right isn't the same as on my old bottle so it's either a new thing or it's actually fake. I will fake i have to return it
