The product description is completely misleading. It does NOT support USB-C Power Delivery Hi-Speed Negotiation with 18W or more USB-C power adapter and is not approved by MiFi. You will NOT experience the new high-speed charging speeds on the iPhone 8 and later. The reason the cables are so cheap is because they lack the Apple-licensed circuitry needed to support communication between a USB-C charger and an iPhone. This avoids paying a license fee to Apple to produce a compatible product. I'm an engineer and I've checked your work carefully. The maximum charge rate achievable with this cable is 2.4 amps at 5 volts or 12 watts. If you buy an 18W or higher USB-C charger with this cable, it will charge no faster than an older 12W iPad charger with a regular USB Type-A connector and the regular charge/sync cable , which is included in the scope of delivery . The physical quality of the cable seems good, but it doesn't support any of the advantages of a USB Type-C cable over a regular Type-A cable.
