Review on ๐ŸŽง Etymotic Research HF3: High-Fidelity Noise-Isolating In-Ear Earphones with Advanced 3 Button Microphone Control by Kimberly Williams

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Driver not required but recommended.

Very clear sound, super light. If you're looking for a great pair of headphones at a great price, you've come to the right place. They also block tons of outside noise, like all Ety headphones, thanks in large part to the company's inception (they started out developing ear defenders and hearing aids). WARNING: While these are great headphones that plug directly into your smartphone or MP3 player, they like to be amplified. Read on for more information. When it comes to sound reproduction, the system must be consistent. For example, connecting Shure SE846-CL Sound Isolating Headphones with quad high-definition micro drivers and true subwoofers to an iPhone doesn't sound as good as connecting to a high-end home hi-fi system. In terms of sound, the iPhone cannot keep up with HiFi. Don't get me wrong, these Etymotic headphones sound great on an iPhone or iPod. But when driven properly, they sound even better. Personally I drive mine with a FiiO E18 KUNLUN Android Phone USB DAC & AMP/Amp and they sound, in a word, amazing. really want to hear what's in your music, what you've been missing, just buying more expensive headphones is not the solution. After all, garbage in / garbage out. Conclusion: These are my favorite headphones (and I have a lot of them). I strongly recommend buying them; You will not be disappointed. And if you happen to test them with the Onkyo DAC-HA200 D/A Converter & Headphone Amp (for iPhone users) or FiiO E18 KUNLUN Android Phone USB DAC & AMP (Android), you'll be completely amazed at how good they really are . . . Sound.
