I was very concerned about the performance of the lithium ion charger as the battery needs to be kept at a certain state of charge or the battery (which is expensive) might need to be replaced. I bought my Cayenne with the intention of leaving the battery in the charger for a long time. I first bought the item in question from the retailer, but found that the device did not have a memory function; In the event of a power failure, the device will be disconnected from its program and someone will have to reset it manually. CTEK us lithium proved to me that it installs a program when you plug it in AND resumes its work after a power outage. The company offers excellent customer support. I now have a lithium ion battery charger and another CTEK model for my AGM battery. Now I have more peace of mind when I leave the car for a long time without moving.
