I bought this to take abroad so I can make coffee in our room before breakfast at the hotel. I use Nespresso capsules here. It didn't extract any coffee on the first few attempts until I understood the issue. Once you push the capsule into the nozzle, it can fall out again if you turn the nozzle the other way before securing it in the upper water compartment. The bottom of the bottom of the bottom of the bottom of the bottom of the bottom of the bottom will be damaged when put back into the nozzle. You need to screw the water reservoir onto the capsule nozzle without turning it the other way. It also extracts a lot more coffee from pods than both of my Nespresso machines. I only wish the glass was bigger so I could pour frothed milk straight into the glass to keep it hot. Can you please raise the glass top, Laralink?
