Worth the money, not cheap material
This cape really suits everyone and I love that you actually have sleeves. I cut my hair and hate when it overlaps so the sleeves help a lot! The entire neck is adjustable with these silver suspenders that slide onto the neck strap. The quality is ok, I haven't washed it yet but it's worth it.
