The glass part is damaged
Apparently it was affected by the heat so the glass part you will be placing your photo behind had some permanent stamps of the image on it which left all the branding on it. . I tried soaking in dish soap, soaking in bleach, soaking in Windex but nothing worked. I just put the picture in a frame without glass and threw away the glass. Does what it should but don't buy again.
