UPDATE: Well 2 years later and they are in very good condition! Hubby made 1 adjustment and we attached it to a painted 2x4 that was wall mounted on the sides of the window. (photo) Holds up much better! We had to do this because our big kittens were going there and some jumping kittens were jumping around on them (back and forth). lol Definitely order more for other rooms! I wanted some simple cat shelves to fill the gap so my kitties have a ladder upstairs to watch the grandkids in their playroom. They were PERFECT! They are small but my small/medium kittens (7-10lbs) like to climb very high. My large ones (10-13 pounds) usually fit on another wall shelf or mostly at floor level. They were great bang for the buck. Very easy to install. Very durable so far, even when jumping from one to the other. Don't look bulky. Will buy more to add other rooms.
