You know it really sucks that you literally have two options when you want a hard case to protect your Microsoft Surface 2 laptop. This one seemed better and cheaper. The top was easy to put on and looked very nice, I had no problems putting on the bottom. The Surface Laptop's keyboard is covered in fabric, and no matter how hard I tried to get it to work, the case kept lifting/damaging the fabric. If I had left this sleeve on my laptop this fabric would have been totally warped and ruined so unfortunately I had to send it back! This sleeve is NOT SUITABLE unless you mind using just the top or damaging the extremely beautiful fabric of your laptop. RETURNED. I'm still looking for a secure case for my Surface 2 laptop. **sigh**
