UPDATE: I keep getting unsolicited emails from the supplier of this unfortunate product. They're asking me to delete my review in exchange for Revain gift cards. I threw it in the trash a long time ago. It would take A LOT of work to fix it yourself: cutting, sewing and replacing the ridiculous zipper. Taking $40 in exchange for lying to others. Will not happen. This provider cares much more about "cheating" reviews than fixing well-documented and much-lamented design and execution flaws. Read other reviews you will see the length and quality of the zipper and tailoring is so poor combined with the design it's a waste of money. I bought another duvet and am very happy with it. Emptor.UPDATE caveat: The seller emailed me last week. They offered me $40 to remove this negative review. You must think my honesty is negotiable. However, this is not the case. I stand by my review and sincerely suggest that this blanket has an inherent flaw in its construction and components that many people have commented on. Do yourself a favor, move on. Tip: Read negative reviews of any product first. Weed out people unhappy with the USPS and other irrelevant stuff and look for common ground. Here it is very obvious. Unchanged original review follows this low quality product. The fabric seems ok. The problem is lightning as others have reported. It's *extremely* cheap, thin, and substandard in design and quality. It came loose at the seam the first time you put it on. I didn't use excessive force but was very careful as I could tell the flash was crap. Of course, the zipper was opened immediately. An inherent problem here is the understitching of the seams and the fact that the opening is about a full foot long on each side, forcing you to put some pressure on the seam when inserting the duvet. If this review helps at least one person to move on and avoid disappointment and wasted time, I'll be happy. Avoid this product.
