The best part of this product has to be that it's really easy to use. It integrates well with our other products such as HubSpot CRM and SalesForce Marketing Cloud. I had some issues trying to get the software up running but after talking with support they were able to quickly set everything up so we could continue using the software. They are always quick to respond when there are any questions or concerns. We have been very happy with how smoothly things have gone since implementing this tool into our workflow. There isn't much to dislike about this program other than maybe getting used to how it handles your emails sometimes can take a bit longer then you'd like. If you're looking for something simple and affordable to help manage customer data try out camilyo! We've saved time in sorting through emails received from customers.
