This kit relieves pain and promotes faster healing! My child had possible plantar fasciitis which caused pain even when walking. This kit helped! I love that this set includes different healing tools - night splint, massage ball, foot pad with arch support. The night splint features a variety of full-length Velcro straps that can be adjusted to suit the size and comfort of your foot. This helps keep the foot, foot muscles, foot tendons, etc. in a neutral position so they can heal (without strain) while you sleep. There are many belts that took me a few minutes to figure out, but I figured it out in the end. The tire is secured. There are 2 thick foam pads that can be inserted into the tires for extra comfort, as well as an additional elastic crossed velcro strap for extra support. The massage ball is good for massaging, stretching and improving blood circulation in the area. Elastic toe pads with arch support were comfortable for walking around the house barefoot for extra support to keep the foot from lying flat on the floor (flatfoot caused pain). A good comprehensive kit for relieving inflammation and pain from plantar fasciitis, I recommend it!
