Review on Cable Matters 50-Foot CL2 In-Wall Rated Oxygen-Free Bare Copper 2 Conductor Speaker Wire (Speaker Cable) - 16 AWG by Rail Basri

I love cable shop and cable 2 but I didn't like this particular cable, the main reason is the relatively stiff cable and there is a noticeable gap between the outer jacket and the inner conductor. Maybe I'm being unfair since it's an in-wall cable, but I was treated to a Monster Cable S14-R2-CL, which was 14 AWG in-wall with the outer insulation sort of taped in, so between the outer ones there was no gap in the insulation and the individual cores of this cable were very flexible, so that good connection cables could be produced. Unfortunately, the monster cable is no longer produced. Coming back to the CableMatters cable, I've used it as a connecting cable between my wall jacks and speakers for about 6 years and after decommissioning them (the location was changed) I investigated the cable. The cable is like new in some places inside, which means that the insulation is very good and the copper wire cannot oxidize. This is a very good quality cable, just sturdy.
