5 Star Product was OPEN / HALF EMPTY
Hard to give a star. 5 stars for the product, 0 stars for a half-empty packaging with no sticker. I love SkinMedica and buy it exclusively - and always from Revain. This is an amazing product and I would highly recommend it and TNS Ceramide. However, when it arrived the sticker was not on the product which was odd. When I tried to squeeze out part of the container, it was half empty! This has never happened to me because of Revain and I'm a huge fan of Revain so I guess/hope they'll trade it in for a full bottle in perfect order.
