greatly improved iMac performance

Fixed an issue I was having with my iMac and those crazy updates from Apple that were causing the computer to consume more resources and become slower. I use it to process digital photos; I was worried at a hot moment that I needed a new computer. Now everything takes much less time and I can do multiple tasks at the same time.

Pros
