Disappointed Best in Jewelry

What's the point of even writing a review if it breaks in just one day :( . I had high hopes for this purchase and thought I had finally found the perfect black anklet. I've spent so many hours making it to search for the right one and right when I plan to order more. That happens! Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed :(. I wish there was a way to replace their defective product or if there was money back. Time and money wasted.
