I have conflicting emotions about the headphones because they are not terrible and are of great quality (I don't enjoy music), but I can't use them normally. They loaded the phone's software, gave them to me as a birthday present, and we swiftly and easily connected. The application has noise reduction and ambient sound control, which is useful when you need (or do not need) to hear what is going on around you while still listening to music. The sound quality is quite good. The equalization and its preset options did not appeal to me; I think it would be better without them. Only when the case cover is open or the headphones are already being worn does the software on the phone start. I tried every ear pad in the package and from the previous Sony headphones, but nothing worked; they continued to fall out, making it impossible to wear them while walking down the street. I used Xiaomi chargers to charge for half a day before realizing they were not charging at all. These charge incredibly well through a computer or laptop's usb connector, according to what I read online.
