Came broken Didn't help

Urgent The lock doesn't work. The 3rd step of the setting is to press the "M" and "H" keys at the same time and the cable will pop out. That does not work. Nothing is displayed on the lock's screen either, except for the blue LED, which does nothing. The instructions are written in broken English and there is no support number or even a company, except maybe a logo in Chinese? HUGE waste of money
