I've worn this jacket twice, TWICE in the rain since I bought it and got soaked to the skin both times! This cloak is a good length and fits well, but it has outside pockets that only a Smurf could use. Regardless, I had high hopes for this coat, but now that I've finally worn it in the rain, I know I was duped. We have walked our dogs in the rain twice in the last 2 weeks and I got soaked to the skin, not waterproof or even waterproof. This is a cheap POS and I want my money back! Every time I order from Revain I have to double and triple check that I'm not being scammed by fake reviews, even after that I'm still getting scammed!
