I contacted the company directly as suggested in the documentation I received. They asked for 1) your full name and shipping address 2) a picture of your receipt 3) a picture of the damaged items. I gave you this information. Time has passed and I think they figured out that my Amazon return window will soon be over. I haven't received any further messages since the return window closed. My problem with the product is that after about 150-200 hits the plastic tip will chip and break leaving a metal end. Obviously, hitting the metal end of my new $300+ composite racquet isn't perfect. The idea of this percussion device is good, but they need to make the tip out of rubber or something more durable. I'm surprised the company left me. I guess I'll go through Amazon again next time I get a crappy product. It doesn't happen often.
