I wanted something that looked like a boudoir or brothel to match the art (for those interested, it's from Fallout New Vegas, you can buy it on the Bethesda website). But the frame came in a reasonable amount of time - I usually wait longer for my work than for the frames I buy. It was very well packaged and protected. I use a tape measure to find the 1/3 point - on this frame the height is 26 inches which is 8.66 inches. I use a pencil to mark equal spacing on both sides using the D-rings as guides. I start the hole with an awl, you don't have to push as hard to secure the screw in the wood. From there, a picture wire that was pretty good, one of the best included picture wires I've seen on this type of frame, loop around the D-rings a few times. You can find instructions on Youtube. I hung it up, measured it with a spirit level and now I have a nice frame to match my drawing. another photo frame, I will definitely use this company even if their frames cost a bit more than some of the other budget options.
