It is powerful! on my review.

I am using this for pain from cervical spine deterioration and two surgeries. At first I thought there would be some vibration features as well as heat and tens functions, but there is not. The unit is comfortable to wear, and the remote works well to vary the heat and intensity. I have found the lower settings to be more than adequate, higher intensity is (literally) intense. The cordless convenience of this device is very appreciated, and I would recommend this unit for anyone with neck related pain.
