Review on 💖 Tweezerman Neon Smooth & Shine 4-in-1 File Block - Hot by Steve Poe

Every page of this buffer is terrible. The rough side is so, so rough it makes your nails look scratched and awful. Even with the subsequent polished and smooth sides, my nails don't smooth out at all, they are covered in fully visible scratches and look even worse than before. The buff side does absolutely nothing whether used alone or after the rough side. The smooth side is the only side that actually works or does something but doesn't do much. And the shiny side doesn't add any real shine to your nails, it just covers them with fake nail polish that comes off as soon as you wash your hands. I literally just applied some cuticle cream after giving them shine and the CREAM made all the shine go away. And the shiny side peels off immediately after one use, and I don't mean peeling off the adhesive, I mean it peels off in thin layers rendering it unusable. This buffer sucks.
