USB-C is supposed to be a reversible connector, but this cable definitely aims for that. I used it to extend a USB-C dock and with a plug the USB 3 ports on the dock didn't work, although the HDMI, Ethernet and sound ports worked correctly. I twisted the plug and everything worked. If you bought it for a similar purpose, be sure to test the cable in both orientations. Otherwise, the cable feels flexible yet strong and I haven't had any other issues with it.
