I can't smell it.: Air Freshener
He's really cute with his little dangling antennae, I even named him ASTRO but that's about it. No air freshener inside. I'm not sure if it's because the holes opposite the vent are too small or because another hole at the front of the little guy might be needed to let air through. If you are looking for a cute car buddy then go for it. If you really want an air freshener that really freshens the air, buy something else.
