Soft and shiny but the embellishments don't match and fall off easily

The tulle looks very pretty and the embellishments are shiny. It's also soft, which is good if you're using it for a tutu like me. However, in the middle of the roll, it only has decorations on one side for the rest of the roll. Jewelry also falls off easily, so some strands are likely to have very little left over. I bought two and will be returning the second one at some point.
