Tablet won't turn on

I've only had it 3 days and couldn't turn it back on. I was able to turn it back on using the power and volume up buttons. Then a few days ago it happened again. I've tried everything. Even reset. He will not return. I held them up for up to a minute. Nothing. I took it to my geek and he couldn't get it to turn it back on either. When I worked it was great. I would like to be able to use it longer.
