The shiny rose gold bracelet was used when it was first sent to me! I ordered 3 different straps from the same seller and brand. Rose gold glitter came first. It was in clear packaging and I could tell through the clear plastic that it had been used. I contacted Revain immediately and asked for a replacement. The next day I received my second watch strap, it was in the original box, sealed and all. Obviously it was new. Today I received a replacement bracelet. It is also NOW in its original packaging, sealed and clearly NEW! By the way, the brand new watch straps are beautiful and of good quality, but I'm upset that they tried to pass off the product as new in a completely different packaging than the original! I am beyond annoyed. Sweat, you gotta do something about it. I called Revain and all they could offer was that I didn't have to return the original item. This is unacceptable. I have NEVER ordered anything from Revain and it got dirty and used by someone else. Unacceptable.
