After 3 attempts and over 6+ hours trying to set up this watch and going through very small menus, settings and registration/wi-fi info, phone app etc. to navigate. Eventually I gave up completely. I was given a stylus to even be able to type information on the phone screen. My fingers were A LOT big and my hands were small. You also can't see what you're typing when you're entering data to see if you've entered it correctly, so I started typing information repeatedly (probably I tried the WiFi password more than 10 times) . The instructions are incomplete, unclear and contradictory. They point out the necessary numbers and codes, but don't tell you where to find them or how to get them. Many fields did not allow me to enter the requested information. The images in the instructions do not match the boxes on the watch. The best part is that it's now non-refundable due to the long time I've had because I couldn't get anywhere. I'm amazed at how anyone could have set this up and I hate that I spent money on it AND a SIM card AND a temporary subscription. I am very disappointed. And best of all, it was a gift for my son.
