I like how easy it is to use, I can do most of my work in excel or google sheets without having to go into the system itself. It's not very intuitive, so it can be hard for someone who isn't familiar with using this type of software to figure things out. I think there should be more customization options available as well as more training. This program has helped me organize my data and make it easier to find what I need when I'm looking at reports. I like the fact that you can easily create reports for specific customers or accounts, which is really helpful when you need them. For example, I would like to see more options for how you can customize the report output. I also wish there were some other features available in this product instead of just email address verification.
