Easy to use but poor image quality. 8 out of 10 photos are blurry. You are better off using 8 or 9, I wouldn't recommend this one (11) because it adjusts the settings itself, resulting in blurry photos. I have 8 and I can take photos in the same light and they won't be blurry. Product support doesn't help at all. They want you to pay to ship the camera and they say they will fix it, refund the shipping cost and reimburse you for the wasted film, but you don't have the receipt or anything but their word, which isn't enough in today's society .
