How do you forget to make cutouts?

That's just sad... I don't usually write reviews but well how did you forget to cut out the button cutouts for the screen? And it looks like I'm not the only one complaining about it! Don't buy from this lazy company that doesn't have good quality control! Sorry I couldn't leave 0 stars.
