These are my favorite active shoes for my kids and I keep buying them when my kids outgrow them! shoes can cost) - They are very light - The sole is very flexible - The toe box is not too tight - They are very easy to clean after splashing in the mud (I used a cold cycle in the washing machine, a short cycle on on low heat tumble dry with a towel and then air dry to the end) - Elastic laces + velcro strap make them easy to put on for my kids (particularly helpful for my 3 year old who MUST do everything on his own) Additional note: they wear a hole in the toe , but I didn't list that as AGAINST because it happens to all of my kids' boots, no matter the brand (because my kids won't stop dragging their toes on their bikes). !) and because it actually took longer than I expected. I found the dimensions to be fairly consistent. I ordered 11M's for my 5 year old who wears 11's in both Cat & Jack and Native shoes and they fit very well. Same for my 3 year old, I ordered him 9M, he wears 9 in Cat & Jack and they fit perfectly. if that gives you any idea of how they hold up!
