My upper bearing was badly worn. I put it in each picture so you can see the resemblance (perfect for me). Installation is very easy, on my GE dryer model only four screws (two on top, two in front) were required to remove and replace the panel. I also replaced the felt bearing (not pictured) but held onto the belt as my current one was fine. I'll let you know when I think about it after it has proven itself. Upon initial inspection and installation, this appears very promising.
