Review on FadimiKoo Dimmable Squirrel Filament Decorative Industrial Electrical Bulb by Matthew Allen

These Edison bulbs look really cool. They have a yellowish tint on the glass and look very retro but I like them. The only problem with these bulbs is that they get very hot. I used them in a fixture designed for twelve bulbs. It also has a retro style. I installed a dimmer to enjoy Edison bulbs. Even at low temperatures, these bulbs simply give off heat. It's almost a bit scary because it gets so hot. I worry about leaving them on when I'm not in the room. Not to mention I'm in South Florida and the extra heat isn't ideal. I have found a lightbulb that is equivalent to an LED, which I think is a better match for the fixtures that use a lot of incandescent bulbs. The price is not bad for this package but just be aware of the heating issue.
